Children from different institutions knew the wonderful world of the Trolls dolls in the first release dedicated to them in the facilities of Cinex in Tolón fashion Mall. This comedy emphasizes the pursuit of happiness’ importance. This film also transferred the spectators to a mission full of adventures and obstacles where the friendship and the teamwork are key values to achieve our goals.

Seven years helping dreams come true

Every year the Diego Salazar Foundation celebrates and has the joy to continue supporting the most vulnerable. This foundation has 7 years building a better nation. In this occasion to celebrate we had the opportunity to share with children from the Hogar Bambi and Funamigos who enjoyed a different afternoon full of smiles. They also could appreciate the Venezuelan reptile variety shown in the Parque del Este terrarium.

Diego Salazar

Diego Salazar's life was a constant fight against injustice and inequality. In 1956, it was this desire for change that pushed him, at the age of just 16, to become a member of the Communist Youth in Venezuela, and also what led him to join the student resistance against the dictatorship of Marcos Pérez Jiménez at the Central University of Venezuela. His insatiable thirst for justice drove him to take part in the historic university strike of 1957, although it also resulted in him being imprisoned and tortured by the fearsome Seguridad Nacional police organization.
